David Barthorpe
          
David Barthorpe is a Learning and Development professional with a consistently successful track record in the design, development and delivery of Management, Customer Care and Business Development Training programmes for a variety of companies across a broad range of industries.
          
David's career has included training positions with Ladbrokes Plc and Human Resource Development Plc, a major training and management development consultancy. He has worked on a wide range of management training and development programs for a variety of Public and Private sector organisations. David has been a consultant and trainer since September 1991, working throughout the U.K. and abroad including Europe and the Middle East.
 
His projects have included, performance appraisals, training needs analysis, and managerial support to IT departments. He has trained large numbers of people in management and business skills and has helped companies develop their training strategies and specific plans.
 
David is qualified in the use of MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory)
