Adrian Nixon
      
He is an experienced consultant and trainer and has worked internationally in a consultancy and managerial role over the past 20 years.  He is a team player with strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills.  His approach is one of mature professionalism combined with a friendly, enthusiastic style. He is proficient in the analysis of complex issues and presenting in a straightforward way that can be understood by a wide audience.  His focus is now to bring the wealth of experience gained in international blue chip companies to benefit public, private and voluntary organisations.
       
Adrian originally trained as a Chemist working for a global speciality chemicals firm in various customer focussed technical roles in Europe and North America where he developed several patented innovations.
After gaining an MBA from the University of Bradford he used his skills to develop information and knowledge management systems.  He moved to work for an international consultancy company before establishing himself as an independent trainer and consultant.
 
He has since worked on assignments with a variety of government departments as well as private sector and third sector (voluntary and charitable) organisations.
His interests include facilitating strategic business planning, problem solving, developing straightforward information systems and creating bespoke IT and soft skills training courses.
